That’s it! My problem is resolved, it’s like I have a new car. Now I can fully enjoy my car. I replaced the faulty injector with a new one after I cleaned everything, put a new silicone gasket for the intake and voilà. I did the job myself and it took me practically 10 hours.

The only thing I still don’t understand is why the ECM (untuned) didn’t detect the misfire… and when it was tuned with the OFT then it detected the misfire.
