It is kinda funny.. I learned manual in my car and the whole time I was like.. "I wish it would have a display to show what gear I'm in." then... after I learn how to drive it I find this DIY!

Haha, same here.

Still, thanks for the DIY. Kind of wished it showed the gear regardless of my clutch position, though.
