I went for a interior black out with black suede to match the factory 86 dash and upper door trim.

Recently painted AC Vent overlays black. Just the wheel trim left to paint.

No idea why one photo uploaded upside down.

I plan of doing a V2.0 but I need to learn the proper craft of sewing first...…
I'm really loving that whole dash wrap! What were the steps you took to do it? I imagine you'd have had to remove the whole dashboard?

Yeap, had to fully remove and then find a contact adhesive that could overcome the heat and sun of summer without forming air bubbles when it was back in the car under the windscreen - took a few goes. In all, around 3 days to make sure it was dry, cured, etc.

I'd have loved to keep it but its full of pitfalls - not least the issue of the passenger air bag gets deployed through the dashboard. Wasn't aware of this when I first did it, so I decided to replace the entire dash in the end for safety. Its rather difficult to get the material to work with the 90 degree angles on the edges, so can lead to some creasing and even lifting in some areas.

if I could get a professional to stitch for the angles, and give me confidence the airbag would still deploy, I'd 100% get it done for the right money! But alas/

No it was a custom ordered D-shaped wheel from East End before they went bankrupt or wherever they disappeared to.

@AnalogMan The button is this part's number: 83031CA023.

I ordered it from my local dealer's online parts store and paid $93 for it before tax.
