As the man above says, it says Toyota in Katakana. Not TEQ, or T3Q as everyone says. That's very inaccurate!

Here:

and how it is on my emblem is the old Toyota logo:

though never displayed on the exterior of a car, it was printed on many old Toyota parts, you can learn more from it here: http://japantravelcafe.com/japanese-...oyota-katagana

They're custom made, I stumbled across a guy on instagram who hand makes them, pete39sp is his user on there, I believe he has an account on here by the same name

Thanks for posting those. They look awesome on your car. It's always nice to see something you made on a custom s car.

Painted myself. 2nd badge isn't perfect, but you can only tell in person if you stick your face in it.

+1 on the old Toyota emblem. After owning 3 Corolla's from the 80's and 1 Toyota Pickup ('92 with 22RE engine), I'm used to finding it stamped on EVERYTHING, even small, fairly insignificant parts, like the little fuel filter going to the mechanical fuel pump on a 4AF engine (that I replaced with a new one for like... $10? i think it was).
