Gun to my head, I would guess the o-ring sealing the OCV solenoid. The solenoid itself looks ok. I would suspect messy oil change but there's a huge clean zone above the solenoid.

My garage floor was dirt so the oil went back into the ground where it came from. Plus, oil was cheap back then ($0.22 per quart).
Iffen ya wanted to, you could put a pan under the oil drip to collect the oil to soak the cattails to be used as torches for when you went coon hunting. (picture included so as the city slickers didn't think we cut the tails off cats to use as torches - ) |
