Does anyone in ATX area have a need for stock wheels / tires separated? I don't plan on selling these on the forums, as they will sell for dirt here... going to reach out to different markets, but I'd figure I'd offer them locally at a discount

Thank you to those of y'all that came out last night not a bad turnout for a meeting thrown together in just a couple of days! After the holidays are over we will plan another meet and hopefully that will allow the opportunity for more members to attend. Thanks again and Happy Holidays to everyone!

I also have stock wheels/tires if anyone is interested in buying. I'd sell for cheap if I can get a buyer locally.

Well, I had a fun time driving stick in a sports car for the first time ever. The stop and go traffic on I-35 was scary and I think I pissed off every car on the road with my stalling.

Got it home and IMMEDIATELY popped the hood. Got two things done already. @GrimmSpeed hood struts, then TRD intake! It's lunch break, but here are some pics!

12 miles?!? Who drove the first 12? (Not sure how much mine had on it when it arrived at the dealer since my wife drove it home - but it had 11 on it the first time I drove it). Beautiful day to pick it up. I saw a WRB BRZ on Koenig near Lamar at 11:30ish - you?... I was in a loaner impreza from the dealer so you wouldn't have noticed me. Driving the brand new Impreza sure made me glad I got a BRZ!

Hmmm I saw today for the first time that I was not the only person to do the matte film... (another build thread on the forum here has it http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=15954) and the other person was on a white as well. Not sure if knowing that would have made me more or less likely to do it (less because I would know I was not unique, but more because I would see in advance how good it looks and I was quite nervous).

Nah, that wasn't me. I drove from Georgetown to my apartment tucked in off a bit from Parmer Ln. Man, those drivers in that stop n go traffic off 35 sure did hate the shit out of me, but I made it home. I got my stuff back on and did a few circles around my parking lot to learn first gear (I am not having any trouble with 2-6). My neighbors must think I am an idiot. LOL.

< that is more or less what I was like that or stalling, thank goodness for traction control. haha.
