I'm gonna have to step in and organize something again haha. We should get together sometime shortly after Christmas. I also agree to have our own section. At least Texas specifically. When would be the best times for anyone interested after Christmas?

We have been planning something for this Sunday on the yahoo message board for the group and I also just posted about it on the clubs facebook page. The only thing left to decide is whether to have it at chilis or chipotle at the I34/45 locations at 8pm tomorrow. Suggestions?

EDIT: Alright it's settled this Sunday 12/22/13 at 8pm at the Chipotle near I-35 and 45 address is (150 Sundance Pkwy, Round Rock, TX) See you guys there!

So, since I am going to be installing the TRD intake, I no longer need my blue Perrin inlet hose, it has ~6-7k miles on it. I'll give it to a good home (read: under the hood of your 86) if you'll actually use it. I will bring it with me to the meet tomorrow if anyone going there wants it. Figured I would post here before trying to sell it, but if no one here in Austin wants it, I plan on seeing if any of the San Antonio crowd are interested in it before I just sell it in the classified section.

So does this mean I have to make an effort to clean my car up today? lol

I have an 86 piston that's silver from Yospeed that was made on accident since I ordered the FR-S one. If someone wants it, I'll give it to them at the meet today.

I've been looking into silcone intake tubes for awhile now and I'd def be interested in it!

Also once again there's a little get together tonight at the chipotle over by i-35 and 45 at 8pm!

Man... I was going to swap my rear scion emblem for one, but I ended up going toyota badge already or else I'd totally grab it from you! Unless there's someone who REALLY needs it, I'll take it for when my add kicks in and I want a new look? Lol

Where is tonight's meet by the way? I've yet to make one.

Welcome to you new 86 owners. Hope to meet some of you guys soon.
Yo, Matt! I've been a on the fence about going into their service center w/ new header and tune... You've got almost the same thing right? I was thinking of swapping back to stock first, but if they're cool with it, I don't want to aware my time.

I went in with a tune for the fuel pump, and they just said that "possible direct injection failure" due to it, and whatnot. They didn't void anything for me since nothing really "failed" except the noisy fuel pump which even mechanically performs fine. You can play it safe and flash it in the parking lot if you want. Only if they scan your ECU will they see that its been modified with the tune, like for an inspection. If you're going in for the free oil changes, don't even worry about it.

Unfortunately I don't have a cable, but the issues I'm having is something related to the suspension in the front, so I'm guessing the tune may not even be something they looked at... Funny thing is, the car runs 10x better with the tune. Zero idle dip, even when turning on the A/C. They may get suspicious just because it runs so smooth, lol

Nice seeing y'all tonight! Also, if you or anyone you know wants to buy a raven five-axis spoiler, let me know. I'll see you gents/ladies at the next meet.
