Hey, play nice. I'm exhausted. I did the moving myself!

Basically went from a 720 sq ft to a 790 sq ft and saved about 300$ a month in the process...

Oh and the phone is a 64GB HTC One Developer Edition.

Dude I'm jealous, the parking lot behind my current apartment building looks like landmines went off.
I feel like it might be a suicide mission to get my future frs back there to park/mod

I agree with what the others said, your future so will be understanding of whatever issue(s) are present. If not than it just weeds them out(saves you time and a headache down the road)
