It has a nasty drone about 4,000 rpm and burps sometimes. I am going to a cat back with a single exit bullet muffler.

Exhaust is pretty easy to work with. Here is a pic while mocking up my old exhaust on my bike.

And the finished product. Took my friend with the genesis and I 13 months to finish. Hand built the frame and everything.

Seat height was 13 inches off the ground. Jockey shift, suicide clutch and a hell of a lot of fun.

I miss her...

YRUYUR That is some great work! I REALLY like you style taste for bikes.

If you've got slick skills like that, just come down and do it here! We just got a huge liquid-cooled Lincoln TIG, and we've got another smaller TIG, and of course a bunch of MIG if somebody is leaning that way.

Here is the thing though: If you come down and we figure out a good setup here, the I'll help with the water jet and we can make a nice Jig for fabbing these things up. Then anybody else here in FT86 could come down and make their own for the price of material. I could even put things into CAD after if we wanted, and put it up for download so people outside of AZ could build as well.

Admittedly, DIY is usually the way I think, so I would do PPE if you didn't feel like getting your hands dirty, but Seriously YRUYUR, you should come down and we can shape up something cool, maybe with dual tips, and then anybody else here who wants to learn how to weld, come down and we can help you make your own!

Just talked with supply, We could supply the piping to prototype the first design too, then once we had it figured out, ppl could just pay the material cost for the piping. And obviously you could bring your own or we could order it, and then just use the jig and get it nice every time.

Ya for sure. I do want to split it to have the duel. I'm in for sure. I have very minor welding skills.
