USDM spec cars have it. Mine is banded on because the STi wheels weren't tpms compatible

TMPS is a federal safety and mandatory rule in US (Emissions and safety) and starting from Jan. 2016 mandatory in Europe form new cars in accordance to european vehicle standard for registration.

It is, but some manufactures (Honda) are switching to an ABS style system eliminating the physical TPMS.

i dont know anything about wheels. but what really is the difference between US and jdm style? besides the half inch width..? I would of really wanted the jdm silver ones, but for 1900 shipped I would much rather save 500 dollars and get the US black versions.

The USDM/CDM STI wheels (17x7) really ain't that bad... With the right tires, they actually "look" like 18s... They're made in JAPAN as well... So...
