Yikes, I definitely want the mechanical stuff checked out as well. I need to look at places around Tacoma, WA for sure.

I used to work at a Kadels. I don't recommend them. Best bet would to be take it to a shop you trust close to home. Really it just depends in what body tech works on the car and how much they care. Glad everybody is ok. -Adam

Anybody use Titus-Will Collision Center in Tacoma? They seem to have pretty good reviews on Yelp and are also backed by USAA.

I will make sure they inspect alignment after they finish repairs. Initial estimates is to replace bumper cover and tail light then repaint. Nothing out of my pocket and a free rental car. Dropping it off on Friday and should be like new by Tuesday next week.

I agree with Rio. I've been to Kadel's 3 times and they messed up each and every time.

I recommend Europa Auto Body.

Just an update. USAA is really being helpful. They are towing my vehicle and the STi all the way back down to Washington because they are really wanting to help out a couple Soldiers who's cars are stuck a couple hours from the post we call home. The vehicles should arrive at Titus Will Collision (they have great reviews and an A+ with the BBB) sometime this week. I will be getting a rental vehicle until then.

USAA was a surprise. I was involved in an accident with a driver who was insured by USAA in the Pentagon parking lot (I was not). My bike was totaled by my insurance and I was happy overall. I then got a call from USAA offering me some cash which was a total surprise. TL;DR: USAA will make it right for you, and they have some "suction".

Honestly, I'm a bit disappointed by the Enterprise I went to. They basically said... "This is all we have, take it". Chrysler 200. >.<

I truly do advise USAA for an insurance company if you can get it :] Great people over there.

when i first got in the military i was told to get USAA for a credit card to help build credit. so i sent them a picture of a void check to be able to make payments from my bank acc and the account number was put in wrong so on my first ever credit card payment in my life i was 2 months late because no one there could figure it out because i couldnt see the number and they couldnt without going into my account more or something i dont really understand but it looked like ****** lol. until finally someone figured it out. so i payed the entire card off and never used it again.

this made my credit so bad that i couldnt get a loan at all. i went back to them to get a car loan and they said the max they could give me was $3k and minimum was $2500.

i've heard nothing but great things about their insurance but when you have one not so great experience it makes you not want to go back.
