Someone needs to write a story so we can be a feature on the Club main page!

Was nice seeing you on the 401 on the way back home as well! Sorry I couldn't stay to cruise with you longer, I was running late for a wedding! :O

You too sir!

Just wanted to say that your planning efforts weren't unappreciated! I thought you and the rest of the eightsix club did a real bang up job.

Maybe i'll see some of your guys on our central ontario ice cream cruise later this summer!

Cheers!

Wes

Had a great time on Sunday - thanks to all who organized

Hope this next part doesn't come off negatively- it's merely a suggestion

I have a great deal of experience with leading motorcycle rides - and I think much of what we riders do applies to car group rides as well.

There only needs to be 1 single rule, and it's so simple to follow. EVERYONE need only be responsible for the 1 guy in their mirror..... simple as that.

I've lead groups of 25+ riders and as long as everyone follows this one simple rule - no one can get lost or split from the group. Faster people up front, slower people in the rear. (it helps a great deal if people position themselves in the queue appropriately from the beginning - especially on bikes cause the faster riders do indeed enjoy the twisties at speeds the slower/less experienced riders could not handle)

There is a PERFECT animation of this concept at the bottom of this page (I certainly don't ride a Hardley, but all the info on this page is golden)--http://www.sunsethog.com/groupRiding.html

It works so well for us riders, I can't see why it wouldn't work equally well for a large group of cars. - can't hurt to try it.

As above...I might add that the first and last car of each group have some form of communications with eachother.

Thanks for the tips! I know I've seen those animations before... Must have been like 5 years since that though! We'll keep em in mind for the next one!

I bought 5 sets of walkies before the cruise... and then proceeded to completely forget about them.

Thanks for coming out folks, we're glad you could make it! Wouldn't have been the same without so many people out!

Ha, we shall see, but we'll definitely post it! Gotta work on getting the logistics of organizing a cruise nailed down so it's less of a mess!

Thank you immensely for your hospitality @Stav! We definitely appreciate it! Thanks for letting me use your photocopier for the cruise maps! <3

No problem, I think we should make this an annual and ad more and more to the event! Talk soon

The BRZ WRB is just so sharp. Particularly like @funcheung 's setup.
