1 The Brand (Subaru is one of the best car brands)
2 OEM HID's
3 The Styling ( In my opinion the BRZ looks a hell of a lot nicer than the FRS)
4 Ltd interior
5 WR Blue is Beautiful.

In order of importance:

- Leather seats
- Heated seats/mirrors
.
.
.
.
.
.
- Nicer tach
- HIDs
- Nicer bumper IMO

If the FR-S came with the first two, I would've just dealt with not having the rest and been happy.

Number one reason, FRS = cheaper looking Interior/headlight/grille IMO (No LED, no HID, extremely bland headlight and wtf is that big red thing on the seats for)

I still would buy it though if Subaru never released the BRZ, I am not complaining/whining at all.

the factory HID, Leather Alcantara seats, Heated (fiance wanted that) nav was a plus and i personally prefer the front of the BRZ over the FRS.

Some understandable reasons with regard to color and leather seats.
Way too many trivial reasons otherwise. This one got me for sure:

Test drove both, wasn't a fan of the FRS cloth, they seemed cheaper than my base model 05 civic. Road noise not as bad in the BRZ also.

I havn't even owned a Subaru car yet but im starting to love the band. I will probably be a life time Subaru fan now. My main reasons i want the brz is the interior looks way better, the head unit, push to start, headlights, front bumper, and you dont see it on the road as much.

1. Nicer interior
2. HID's
3. Rarity in comparison
4. Branding

I like the scion front bumper better, i think it flows better with the car, but the interior looks like it was bought from autozone. Also, I can't stand the scion brand.
