The only tubing dimensions ACE has published that I could find was the collector and that was 63.5mm (2.5")

Same as any other header and OP. The easiest way is to unbolt the passenger side engine mount and lift the engine an inch.

So I see there are 2 4-2-1 header on there site, one for 1600 another on for 1400. 1600 dollar one has 15 degree converging angle and 1400 dollar one has 20. Which header are we talking about here?

We tested and use the 15. The 20 degree converging angle is for RHD cars, that require an alternate layout of the ACE 4-2-1 header. Additionally, the alternate version uses slip joints rather than seam welds, to reduce fabrication time.

Currently, each header requires over 20 man hours to produce.

@CSG_Mike who did the tuning for you guys? I just received my header and hoping someone with experience or vti maps for this header will offer a tune.

Our tuner is local, and will not provide any sort of e-tuning service. If you'd like to ship your car to SoCal for tuning, we'll be more than happy to refer you.
