the instructions didn't say which way the bypass valve goes... but i was thinking about it, and it shouldn't matter, since it just opens and closes to both ways. i guess... omni directional is the word i'm looking for. is this correct?

So i thought i was going to get that big one custom silicon piece of piping that goes to the throttle body..... but i got a different(i guess updated) setup. and its superrrr close and actually contacting the SC pulley, which fortunately was just the coupling and not the metal pipe and only took off some paint on the pulley. I tried massaging all the piping so its not contacting under low boost. but i have a feeling when i get on it, its shifting and hitting the pulley. I'm planning on taking it to you guys to look at it this friday or something. just because i'd feel better with you guys looking at it lol.
The instructions clearly state the orientation of the bypass; the small nipple toward the driver side (vaccuum line), the "T" part upwards toward the charge pipe coming out of the Supercharger (the one with Jackson Racing stamped on it), and the side opposite the small nipple toward the passenger side. The side opposite the nipple is the "exit" where boost goes when the throttle is closed.

DO NOT use WD40. Use assembly grease.

There should be zero contact between anything and the pulley.

Per the instructions:

70. Install the 1.0”ID x 3” bypass hose (02411-25000) onto the spigot that is part of the
compressor exit tubing. Secure with a 20-32 hose clamp (95105-20032) provided.

71. Install the bypass valve (04000-25000) into the 1.0”ID x 3” bypass hose. Install the valve so
the 1.0”OD vacant fitting of the bypass valve faces across towards the passenger side fender
and the vacuum fitting on the top of the bypass valve faces the driver side fender. Secure with a
20-32 hose clamp provided.
72. Install the 1.0”ID x 90º formed hose (02411-25404) onto the 1.0”OD vacant fitting on the
bypass valve. Install it with the short side of the hose on the bypass valve and the long side
facing up towards the hood, vertically. Loosely secure this hose with a 20-32 hose clamp.
73. Install the 3.0”ID x 90º silicone hose (02103-76190) onto the compressor inlet using a 70-90
hose clamp provided.
74. Insert the 3.0” SC intake tube with the 1” spigot and valve cover vent grommet (4151-07-
J01) into the previously installed 3.0”ID x 90º silicone hose. Install it so that the 1” bypass spigot
is facing down towards the 1.0”ID x 90º formed bypass hose and the ½” rubber valve cover vent
fitting grommet is facing back towards the engine. Install the bypass hose onto this tube and
rotate it so that the tube/hose has a natural alignment and tighten the bypass hose clamps at
this time. Loosely secure this tube with a 70-90 hose clamp provided.

sheesh, completely missed that part on the bypass valve. anyways... ended up orientating it the right way anyway haha.

The instructions say penetrating oil spray, which I just googled and apparently wd-40 is classified as it. (I sprayed a little bit on a paper towel, then whiped part of the pipes, didn't douse them with it.)

anyways, i was going to call you guys today to make an appointment.
