No need to apologize. If anything i felt a little guilty calling once a week. I know u guys are busy so please keep up the hard work! I'd rather wait patiently and get a quality product than receive a rushed job

Yes, we can do titanium parts. We were trying to get Ti v-band flanges a while back, but I'm not sure what the status of that is. I think the Ti parts we have done recently have all been 2-bolt flanged. I will ask Jesse how/if he wants to quote this and I'll follow up with you soon. Obviously the cost increase is significant but the lead time may be as well.

I believe that everyone else that should have a return label to send parts back has had one sent to them. Several people waiting on shipping info should also have received email confirmations.

jonkim2 - I want to make a point to apologize to you if you were given the impression that somebody was annoyed to talk to you. Things have been crazy around here lately and I can promise you that it must have been something going on in the background. Calling the shop directly is still the preferred method to get the most up to date information available, so we definitely don't want to discourage anyone from doing that.

Please let me know if I missed anything guys...
A few posts back someone estimated that you guys would be up to around invoice 526 by this coming weekend. Is that still on schedule? (I'm 509 btw)

Just thought I'd share my latest configuration, still rocking a JDL UEL up front followed by PLM 2.5" OP, Tsudo 2.5" Catted FP, and Dezod 2.5" catback.

Just finished installing JDL uel with catted front pipe and resonated Perrin CBE today. Everything fits pretty well far as I can tell. The Perrin gasket should be sufficient to seal the front and back pipe. Also, the bolts supplied by JDL is 5/6 (I think) on the bolt side and 11/16 on the nut side.

All I can say is that the car sounds awesome! I'll post a video later this weekend. One thing to note, with the check engine light, cruise control doesn't work...

If you have no local tuner, yes an Open Flash tablet is probably the easiest and cheapest tuning option available to get a tune to suit your catless header.

You could try an 02 spacer in second (rear) o2 sensor that may stop the cel code. But is wont extract the best performance from your new header you need a tune for that.

Got my catted FP on with the Perrin 2.5" resonated catback. Oh my god, the sound is so perfect! Nice rumble, no drone, can be loud when I want to. Hands down the best setup I have ever run and this is my 4th combo.

Do you feel like there's a nice kick in power right after 4.5k rpm? I don't feel the TQ dip but I do feel a bump around 4.5-5k range. Haha and cold starts are interesting, haven't heard any complains from the neighbors yet.
