So I picked up the expansion pass from Best Buy for $35, that gets me both expansion/DLCs. I've heard Murmer is a pretty sweet Legendary fusion rifle that can do both Arc and Solar damage and is easy to obtain from what I read. Going to look into trying to acquire that tonight.

I got an invite from TurboSpools, so I joined the group. I just sent a request to set Gypsy Hunters as my xbox clan.

Yeah, most of the reviews I've read today have been pretty harsh but I figured I already had $60 invested, why not another $35? Plus, the game is infinitely more enjoyable when you have a good crew to play with. I rarely play solo anymore.

That's one of the reasons i've stopped playing. The friends I was playing with before just don't get on at the same times I do anymore.

Biggest factor is I just can't get that last raid piece to get to 30. I almost don't see any reason to get the expansion if i can't get to level 30.

Based off what I have read, the old Raid stuff should almost be considered pointless now. You'll be able to "purchase" new armor that goes to light level 31. So now the new quest will be getting that level 32 stuff.

I'm not a fan of the new strike mission.
It's basically a total cluster fuck of mobs dropped in a room.

I got an exotic sniper rifle from the nightfall that gets equipped in the primary slot.
Worst gun I've ever used. It's a bolt action sniper...

Don't worry about getting the Vault of Glass stuff. It isn't necessary anymore.
You can get to 31 with the vanguard/faction gear.

Yeah I went through and added everyone on xbox one about a month ago when this thread first started. I've seen you on xbox live on a few occasions.
