I agree!! He clearly doesn't make his teammates better and isn't good enough him self to win them a game. He has to go. I wanna see them rebuild a team the way Indiana has. There young and going places

Jason Kidd's been doing stuff like this for years and I've never heard any past/current teammate say he wasn't a great leader. The guy has mass amounts of respect from players. Dallas and NY players still credit him big time for there success recently

Maybe the Atlantic Division rather tank, because this years Draft may look promising?

Wow, rockets looking like true western title contenders in that game today. Anyone else see the rockets/spurs game? Definitely a playoff feel to it.

Jason Kidd is a punk.

Why would people call it crafty or smart? How could he not know that cameras are rolling at all times? There is no way he would have gotten away with it.

It's hard to say I hope the nets do poorly because I don't want to see them win the lottery either. But I do hope he doesn't coach ever again in the NBA.

It was crafty and smart, and he did know the cameras were rolling, hence why he had one of his players bump into him and knock the drink out of his hand. Instead of just dumping it onto the court (that wouldn't have been crafty or smart). He gave himself time to draw up a play (when he didn't have a timeout left). How can you think that's stupid?

Sounds like you just don't like Jason Kidd.

i like jason kidd a lot but i dont think it was crafty or smart at all. for starters, its not like its innovative at all. its just an old trick. the players/announcers/fans picked up on it right away and if fooled noone. since it wasnt a time out the lakers were able to be a part of kidds huddle so that play they drew up. maybe it would have been crafty if he didnt get caught or fined and then they won the game but it was a tacky move which is going to bring a negative spotlight to a rookie coachat a time when coaches in general have tough times keeping jobs with winning records and division titles.

I would like to hear what the other coaches have to say about it. Former team mates aren't the same as fellow coaches.

Its his first year as a head coach, the track record really isn't there yet to ask around. Thats why I said former teammates

That's exactly my point, sir. He's fairly new and he's already making himself look like an idiot to the other coaches. Not a good way to start a career IMO. I'd like to hear Pop's reaction to his stunt lol.
