Picked up my cable/license today, just waiting for my file now

Washed my car when i got home today, been 2 weeks and she was gray! Once i cleaned her I saw the horror that is I-35....3 more chips :-(

Yo! I got my beautiful Raven FR-S December 8th It is my first manual (I know I know) and I don't regret it. I was lucky enough to buy someone's who had to back out... so I only knew about the FR-S 1 week before I got it and didn't have time to learn manual beforehand.

I definitely want to come out to twisted sisters, but not until I can drive my car well.

wow grats man, welcome to the family. You should go next saturday, i dont think we will be running it hard, i know i wont, gf might be going and shes scared or fast driving.

Congratulations and welcome! We have caffeine and Rides coming up the 27th if you want to come out and met the crew. I would also suggest you try out a few autocross (cheap, and safe) before you go to the sisters. It'll help you learn then limits of your car in a safer environment

Congrats and Welcome @Shinjuma! You'll get the hang of that smooth shifting manual and in no time it will become second nature. I'm not gonna make the Twisted Sisters run after Coffee & Rides on Sat. Dec. 29th but, will be planning another excursion sometime in January if you want to wait a bit. However, Ricepuddin and Got3n are good guys and great drivers so, go for it with them if you feel comfortable with your shifting skills by then. There are some uphill and downhill grades with twists and turns you'll need to be on your toes for. Basically, just keep your RPMs up for those uphill parts and you'll do fine! The scenery is awesome and you and your GF will enjoy the experience for sure!
