Sorry you had a bad experience at randy marion. That being said I am in no way affiliated with the dealership although I've purchase 3 brand new cars from them with excellent service. I recently had them do a COMP stage 3 Clutch in my BRZ . It was in and out in a day and drives great (3000 miles later). I'd recommend them highly.

The buying process was great, but service was literally the worst I've ever dealt with. The car came back much dirtier than it arrived every time, they half-assed a repair that required removing the engine, didn't fix the problem and caused me to have to have the engine removed again. Scratched a bunch of trim pieces when the replaced my dash, didn't put everything fully back in, left out screws, ect... The list goes on. TBH I'm not sure I'd even trust them with an oil change.

Also when replacing my dash because of the warping issue the service manager came out and said that they can't promise it won't rattle after the repair (on a car I bought 3 days prior with 6,000 miles).
