I've submitted my order today. My ETA is May, I definitely prefer to receive the car post winter.

Of course that means my 2014 Firestorm Monogram MT will be up for sale soon.

Did the salesperson give you an ETA just as a guess when placing the order? Or was it an official estimate?
Two days ago, my salesman said that he has no idea how long it will take (due to obvious delays lately), but said that Subaru will give an estimate after he puts it into the Auto Bank computer to spec it out. He said that will take approx. a week.
I'm not sure of the procedure, but just repeating what I'm told.

Subaru will give an official estimate on timing in their internal ordering system when the order is entered. My salesperson has been giving me screenshots of the order screen with the VON, ETA, etc when I've done my monthly check-in for updates.

In my case it was based on what slots were available from the dealer's purchaser. He was more worried I needed it early, but when I said I'm fine having it arrive a few months later, the message was a lot more confident. April is the earliest I would want it, but May gives me time to prepare to sell off my FRS on something that's not very loud aging winter tires.

Anybody who ordered early December get any date revised earlier ETA date? I ordered the first week of December with an initial estimate of May. Really hoping the car comes in March.

I actually ordered a car mid October that arrived late December (Org estimate was March), but had to pass cause the dealer ended up marking it up.

I ordered December 4th in Indiana and when I ordered, they told me March though it could possibly be a little earlier.

Last week I asked for an update and they said it's now due in February.

I ordered December 10th and got an ETA of July. Mine was the last allotment for their two dealerships. I won't really start getting antsy until the snow is gone for good which could be as late as April.

Nice! Ordered December for Eta date for March is great! I wonder if you got assigned to a car already alloted to your region. I'm going to call their mainline today, hoping to have one assigned Soon that will show up in a month or something. Anybody from the California area? Are these cars still coming in by the boat loads?

Just got a note that my VIN has been issued. Scheduled production of 1/21, dealer says they usually receive the vehicle about 3 weeks after that. Order was entered into Subaru's system back in October.
