Near miss for me. I'll be in the Cleveland area mid-June as part of a family vacation (going to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Cedar Point as part of a road trip vacation).

You telling me. That was just one of the story I heard from one person, there's more... but I think, that's good enough. Some are more private, so prefer not to talk out loud.
Dude. Major Kudos for you and your family.

Everyone is going nuts over new release of BRZ... yes, Brembos are nice. Yes, all other extra features are sweet... but is it worth trading? It's time for you guys to bang your heads. Trust me, when I found out all the goodies (few months back), I was banging my head to trade it in or not. lol

Will see what they are in 19 when I trade. Who knows by then.
My fear is what is going to happen to the prices of those top trim models. Anybody thinking they are going to get all that for even close to the current prices is in for a shock methinks.

Exterior haven't changed much. Big changes can be found more in inside (chassis, suspension, dash gauge & so on).

If it was time for me to trade in my car anyways (5+ years of ownership), I would go straight to the MY17 and not look back. I wouldn't trade early for it and take the financial hit though, because my car is still plenty awesome all by itself and can be made even better for little money. Hopefully these cars will still be out when it comes time for me to trade.

You weren't impressed with how they redesigned the entire engine, intake, manifold, and exhaust to gain a whopping 5 hp? I had to laugh at that part. You can get more than that with a very minor ECU tune, not even any new parts.

At this moment in time it would be my leader over the 86 based in appearance alone. The mustache is nothing compared to old droopy nose that we will start to see soon.
I do hope they have a more basic version as well though since it was the lack of such things as steering wheel buttons and other useless (to me) dodads that drew me to the FRS in the first place.

Yea, my choice at this point is neither, but I'm most likely looking at 2020 or later anyway so who knows what it will be by then.

I was impressed they could do all that and ONLY increase it by +5. Pure genius....

Never underestimate a committee's ability to hinder its own efforts and call it progress.
