While jogging around the hood, saw an ultramarine FRS with bronze wheels and a silver FRS with front plate relocator and aftermarket silver wheels parked on La Seda Rd in La Puente around 4:38pm on Sunday April 10. Silver FRS is driven by Hispanic male driver in his 20s. Left both of you printed spotted notes and 86two6 spotted cards on both driver windows:
