Saw a black FRS driving east on Valley Blvd passed the 605 underpass around El Monte at 3:15pm on Friday April 1:
 As well as a hot lava FRS with Valenti tail lights, 4th brake lights, CF fender garnish, wrapped CF roof, and diffuser spotted me around 3:20pm while he was driving on Valley Blvd east passed Temple Ave in El Monte on Friday April 1:
