You're right, not very tasteful.

I figured everyone was a cynical forum addict like me, doesn't make it excusable.

I watched a live video last night from the news and saw the silhouette of a car with a relocated front plate that seemed to match a twin :\

Let me know where he plans for next year so I can stay the hell away from there. Damn...

Two dumbasses who both don't know what a center lane line means. Thanks for giving twin owners a bad name, "faknbrz"

Another reason I don't drive canyon roads as often anymore and save it for the track. If I do I usually opt for wider roads or areas/times with little to no one else on the road.

I seriously don't see the point of driving in the middle and straddling the double yellow. It's not like you are at pikes peak trying to break a record or beat a time. It's like the equivalent of motorcylces that "hug the line" and "drop a knee". The 86 equivalent of a squid... SMH...

I love driving canyon roads, not just for the bit of rush I get, but also for the scenery and internal reflection/meditation I get while driving, so I don't think a track day would necessarily be a complete substitute (I do both).

Doesn't it technically take more skill to drive within the lane anyway? inside a narrower path with much less margin? lol

This is why I prefer to drive at night. Virtually no risk of hitting cars/motorcycles/bikes..

You'd be surprised. I see people who think it's Initial D and take up both lanes while failing at drifting. Animals always love to peep out at night too.

I was outside and it was nice and sunny earlier. Come out a couple hours later and all the smoke from the fires is in the air. It's crazy to me since I'm in the Sacramento area about 50 miles from the fires. I could even see tiny ash particles falling down. My phone didn't capture the smoke or ash in the streets. It's surreal.
