A meth kit will fix this right up.

Keep in mind (as you may have missed it) I have an under drive crank pulley. So, I'm getting a smaller pulley on the sc to compensate for that, not to work the sc harder.

From what I hear intercoolers on these kits create lower intake temps but rob some boost. (easy fix with a smaller pulley!!!)
You're creating the same power with less psi when you use an intercooler. It's not robbing you of boost it's being more efficient, usually through more aggressive timing due to the cooler intake charge.

Exactly, it isn't dictated by the supercharger pulley size itself but instead it would be how fast the supercharger spins up to with the specific crank/supercharger pulley ratio in ones setup.

Not sure how this is going unnoticed really but please keep us updated. I'd reach out to Innovate as well. Hope everything is works out.

FWIW here is a plot of a pull last night plotted from data acquired via Torque:

Well, why should the charger stop compressing air, it should keep increasing with rev.
It is belt driven after all unless it is a magnetically clutched pulley being disengaged or something is letting air out after a specific boost level.

Perhaps the bypass valve opens? I'll get an EcuTek data log this evening. I was using my china bluetooth adapter to torque so who knows.

No the bypass only opens if it gets vac to its nipple. The valve door is a butterfly and this cannot be "forces open" by boost.

Only two things I can think of:

1. Belt slip
2. Charger output is not adequate to compress air (to maintain 8 psi) at that Rpm with your breathing mods.

This is a small blower.

Try it again with your stock airbox? The extra 2+ feet of piping might be the cause.

That has to be the worst sampling rate I have ever seen, haha. Get an EcuTek log and do a third gear pull from 2000 RPM please. kthxbai.
