In my youth it worked for me better than a stress relief sponge ball.
Now, not so much.

Pretty much why I don’t post anymore. I don’t have the time or attention span to wait a small eternity to load. I miss it.

Sometimes it won't load, and other times, like now, it's working fine.

Meanwhile my cancer doctor/urologist wants me to have another round of bladder cancer treatments. Just to make sure. MAKE SURE OF WHAT?

All these medical people keep looking for something else wrong with me, I reckon they will keep finding it.

Maybe I'll just stop down on the reservation and get me a bucket full of gummies, sit back in my recliner, pop gummies and listen to old country western music -

So, how are you? How is your hand doing?
Ugh.

I figured I'd bring it over here instead of the food thread, mine was a Hemorrhoid-ectomy in January. Talk about an absolute, literal PITA recovery.
And 10mg of Oxycodone twice a day wasn't doing jack shit. After about 3-4 weeks of pain meds not working, I trashed them and used the luck o' the Irish with Jameson.

Once I get a few more pounds off, then I have a surgery for an umbilical hernia. That one I'm not too worried about.

Before the one in January I was telling my dad I was nervous about anesthesia since I had never been under or had surgery before. My dad being the smart ass that he is said:

"Don't worry about it. You'll wake up. And if you don't, you won't know anyway."

Yep, I've had my belly opened up several times. After the first 3 times, I tried to get the surgeon to just put a zipper in there.

Oh yes, I found that that whisky worked well with pain pills.

Your Dad is right -

I've never had my belly open...it's been jaw, adnoids and tonsils, both knees, ankle, wrist, testicle, and lots of hand.

Guess I should be greatful?

Oh yea, if vasectomy counts, it's 14.

That's correct, you have no reason to "belly ache.”
