Yeah, I plan on it had I known this was going to happen. Titan didn't even check the order and just shipped it.

Well, I am now selling my Nameless 2.5" Exhaust as Titan won't do anything as to fully replacing the exhaust and wants me to ship mine to Nameless and have Jason swap me his 3" on the shop car there. Considerate, but Titan is just avoiding paying money for their mistake. Unacceptable.

I'm now selling my Nameless Axleback in the for sale section in exhaust.

Titan will be getting a great review from me in the review section. Avoid them unless you want your order fucked up and then nothing done about it.

My wonderful review can be found here: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=31570

Have you tried emailing nameless directly? I spoke with them about my order and they were awesome, maybe theyd help you out with switching it up.

Yes, I have, but since I went through Titan and it was their responsibility, Jason offered to swap me his 3" on the shop car or upgrade me for free when I do go FI.

Typically, when an order is entered wrong from one party, they re-order the proper item and have it shipped to you, then you ship your original "wrong" item back. Since I "mounted' my Axleback and went for a test drive, its now used.

Very upsetting.

I am being refunded for my purchase. I will be ordering a new 3" Axleback from Nameless directly once I receive the funds. Glad we were able to come to a conclusion.

Thanks. Yeah, I put in a dispute with Paypal. Instantly got sent a shipment tag for return and a refund. Amazing what happens when you put pressure on them and don't just fall for their sales antics around getting used parts to trade out. Worked sales for 4 years and got out of that awful career. I can tell when someone is full of *&!%.

Time to start over after over a month and a half of waiting.

LOL. Glad that you finally got refund. I ordered 3" axleback non-offset from nameless on 3/13. You waited 1.5 month for yours?

I did. Ordered on Feb 6th, received on Mar. 14th. After talking to Jason, there isn't a centered option anymore. I'll pull the email when I get home stating about it more.

Probably setting myself up for a flame here, but lets face it...coming into this thread, other than reading the first page, its a tl:dr scenario. So forgive me if I ask some stuff that has been asked already:

1) How much of a sound difference is there between the 4" and 5" muffler axle-back? Which would be recommended for a DD that isn't looking to be too loud, but still sounds good? I would probably go with the 2.5" option.

I'm coming from a TRD Axelback on a gen1 tC. Actually sounded pretty good without being ricey. TRD priced theirs out of my range for the FRS, however.

Go for the 5" mufflers.

Jason Griffith replied:

"First off, with the new muffler length, there is no centered option available"

Straight from the big man himself. You're only getting Off-Set and after "test running" a 2.5" Axleback, Offset sounds really deep and good. Not sure why they still offer the centered on their website, but I think they are leaning towards having all their main production units off-set because their header is a giant beast.

I'm just purchasing the 3" Axleback again because there are plans for a 3" mid pipe and 3" OP/DP. Waiting till those are in production mode along with the header.
