It's blue flower bits and plant material from these huge overgrown bushes/trees in the yard of the recluse lady next door. She has an entire backyard of overgrown shit so when it gets super windy and rainy like last night, this is what I get in the morning.

well that sucks... guess if you have a good coat of wax on or some opticoat/optiguard then you can spray that junk right off.
