I think the Mavs needs to do more moves to even make the playoffs this year. Definitely more size inside, Dalembert as you said can be a good start.

Yea. I mean it could've been the opposite situation if he got healthy, but with his history of injuries, even if he didn't go bowling, he probably would've injured his knee some other way.

Edit, I do like what we did in the draft though. I hate to see Holiday go, but we got 2 first round picks for him, hard to turn that down. And we picked up 2 guys that have been playing together since HS, that can't be a bad thing. But young players generally don't do much their first year, so I don't expect a lot of wins.

Sadly, you guys probably have a brighter future than my Knicks. We have no draft picks ever and an aging team with bloated salaries.

Also, Idk why people keep saying Woodson is a good coach. The man made absolutely zero adjustments in the playoffs. With Chandler sucking, he refused to put Copeland in at Center, thereby pulling Hibbert out of the paint. smfh

We definitely have a bright future, next years draft will be exciting. But this year, is hopeful.

I was never too impressed with Woodson. If he can get Anthony & Stoudemire to play together, and play well, then i'll start giving him some credit. But a good coach can get superstars like those 2 to play together.
