Have you measure intake temsp with this setup?
Going by the Edlebrock thread it seems putting an oil cooler infront of the intercooler radiator seem to have a fairly large effect on IATs. I'm going to mount mine to the left behind the fog light. I saw a video of you on youtube at Datona. Something sounded odd when you pulled off at the end? |

Im doing it DIY and have a special order mocal sandwich plate with a 99C (210F) thermostat to avoid over cooling the oil. Here are my oil cooler location pictures. I removed the washer reservoir and made a bracket to attach to the crash beam and an air scoop for it https://picasaweb.google.com/1054515...November242015

Dont worry the Cosworth Engineers keep an eye on these forums as well The GT86Owners club had a meet and tour of the cosworth facility a few yeas back. Was very cool. Matt also gave some details of their endurance testing on this thread: http://www.gt86ownersclub.co.uk/foru...972_page2.html Regarding suspention mods, first coilovers and rear sub frame inserts. Then we'll see how it feels. Personally I'm not a huge fan of big roll bars as they make the wheels less independant. Too firm a roll bar and you'll get wheel hop over big bumps when the wheel hitting the bump is effectively lifting the other side a little bit. They work well on smooth surfaces though. I didnt go full exhaust becuase I want to spend the £2k on the coilovers instead. The cat back will get me 10-12hp so ~270HP. I am sure once the stock manifold is nackered (I dont expect it to last forever with the SC fitted and doing track days) I will fit the Cossy one. Jerry - I cant see the pic either but I understand what you mean. What size is the misimoto cooler? |

Yeap can see those now Jerry. Nice work. I want to retain the water reservoir so will be mounting on the other side. Then the issue is the intercooler pipes getting in the way. I may need use ducting pipe but much prefer what you've done there.

No oil cooler on mine. The highest I have seen was 245°F oil temps when it was 85° outside following a faster car; measured via torque pro. Coolant bounces between 170° and 195°. 8K miles daily stage 2.3.
