How much Saki and Soju did the guys who did that pound down before it started looking good? How frikken' hard can it be to modernize the looks of a 510 or 260 just a bit and sell it to gearheads?

ETA If that or a similar design makes it to market, RB will have to really reach to make it any uglier than the FR-S kit.

The panel cut out is more like for stealth - to avoid radar detection.

I like it. WOuld I drive one? Yes. Would I trade my BRZ for it? No. But I think a modern "Dime" would be pretty cool.

I cannot bring myself to liking the style of this car. Yes, the NISMO looks slightly interesting but that's about it. Performance wise, this could be a great competitor but visually...I hate it. And for the Nissan VC to call the twins a "mid-life crisis" is appalling. The fact that the IDx is their answer to the twins makes it different from a "mid-life crisis" from his very own view...how so?

ew. i'm gonna pass on the aesthetics on the car. this is still just the concept, so I can't imagine how much worse it would look if it actually made it into production.
