Retail is right around $1000 out the door. Sure you can get a better deal, but that's not the norm. I bought a $600 ecu for my ducati on eBay for $125 once. Doesn't mean that's what they cost, I just found a deal.

For comparison I paid $250 out the door for my brzedit turbo tune.

Eh I paid $700 for my cable, license, and tune as well. From at least one tuner on here with a good reputation it's $800 total every day through their website.

The launch control/flat foot shifting works fine 100% of the time for me, it's the auto-blip for me that's been a little finicky.

I'm glad more options are coming to the table. Whatever floats everyone's boat.

What version of BRZEdit? A Tactrix 2.0 cable alone is like $170...

BRZEdit is $500, and then you get software to tune your own car, can still buy tunes if you want, can take it to a local dyno guy and get a dyno tune etc.

You can also use your Tactrix cable to tune your Mazda, Subaru, GTR, soon Hyundai etc if you so desire or have one, or to Datalog your friends BRZ's, clear codes etc. The Tactrix is a useful tool on it's own.

Looks like they are starting to trickle through over on the e90 boards. People seem to really like this so far

Will you have the closed- open loop to open loop delay periods, delayed closed loop engine timer, and maximum open loop AFR ?

Also how serious are you about providing/sharing basemaps? A tuner Innovate Supercharger kit paired with this tablet would be a heck of a bargain. Are you working with any Innovate suppliers to offer this tablet with a basemap for tuning ?

I don't think the last part is a big issue, as the tunes can be shared between tablets, if there's someone out there that has similar mods and is running a conservative tune on it (which is what a base map should be), you should be able to start with that and fine tune it to your car.
