thanks I'm gonna try to provide coffee and snacks at the pitstop at my crib so head count is helpful. there will be free oil top up, tech q and a for my mods and yours as we stand around and admire our steeds. Bring cameras. Rains have left sedona green.

I know most of the restaurants here pretty well and we can decide when you all get here.. You Phoenicians should be hungry when u arrive. We can get a light snak and drive till lunch or if you all prefer three are great bagels uptown. Or sit down pancakes. Or to die for shakes in jerome

Alright sounds like this is gonna be a fun trip! Im gonna try to also bring a really really nice cam that actually my sister owns so im gonna see if i can use it = ). But 9 sounds like a good time for a meet at Jeffsides place. Hopefully we can get some tucson ppl going and can make it.

I'm coming up from Tucson, I'll see if the few FRS's on base feel like coming too, but I don't count on it.

This will give me an excuse to try out my new contour-roam video camera I got myself for a present this month. Still trying to figure out where to mount it.

Yeah im looking at some go-pros to purchase also due to there mounts and stuff that they have!

I have two non-HD go-pros, and the video quality is...well, it leaves much to be desired. My only beef with the go pros is that I need something to work multiple duty; ie. weapon cam (for training purposes), helmet cam, car (inside or outside) and the go pro is just too clunky to be mounted to anything other than a car/motorcycle. I hated it mounted to my helmet, there's no good way to mount it to an M4. The video quality on the new HD go-pros is great, I'm told, and I have a ton of mounts (if you pick one up, let me know, i don't have much use for most of these mounts any more), but the contour just looked like a slimmer, smaller, more flexible option. We'll see how it works out this weekend.
