NOLA Motorsports Park and Circuit Grand Bayou. They both do their own one day track days or you can run with groups like PCA and NASA at NOLA Motorsports Park. I'm more than willing to help anyone get to a track weekend to include working on your car to get it prepared.

I might have to look into this at some point, I haven't done any racing other than a bit of straight line with my srt4 when I had it, and one day of autox but I'd like to try my hand at different stuff now that I have the fr-s.

dont know if anyone is interested but there is a drift event on dec 15 at NOLA motorsports park.
itll be my first drift event in the fr-s.. should be fun.

I would love to learn to drift in my FR-S, along with wanting to track it and do autocross. I only fear I will need new tires, brake pads, and brake fluid more often than my income (and my wife) will allow.

from what im understanding the setup at nola is quite good ground and doesnt eat tires...
i just ordered a spare pair of wheels so i can start going to events... havent done any 3rd gear stuff in the fr-s so it should be interesting.

I don't know where they are doing the drifting there, but I know that during my track weekend that the track was wearing my tires more than any other track I have ever driven on. I wish you could run the 205/50/15 tires I have tons of after I am done racing on them.

They are great. Definitely worth the money I spent on them. I was going to post up pics and info on them this weekend. Definitely the most affordable 4 wheel BBK you can buy, and I like that they are OEM.

Anyone interested in meeting up? Was thinking either next weekend at some point (dec. 15/16) or the weekend following (dec. 22/23). I still dont have a good route over here near Pensacola to drive, so I'm open to ideas. Just think it would be kool to do another meet.
