i probably would have stuck with the mini until it died. i mean, it's a fun car, but it really needs more umph to it. yes, i could have gotten an S, but i'd rather have what i consider to be one of the most beautiful cars of the decade

Probably an EVO 9 or 2012 Mustang 5.0 with the Brembo package. Maybe just kept my WRX for a while and bought a cheap rwd fun car to keep myself entertained

I'd be driving my NA miata. I still plan on buying an FRS in a year or two, possibly replacing my Civic with it. I probably would have bought an s2k at that point (actually, I'll still try and find/test drive one when I'm in the market again... Honda! Why you no make sports cars anymore!!!)

Funny thing was I was close to pulling the trigger on a used 09 GT-R with 7k miles on it before i saw an FR-S in the wild and was sold instantly...sure the GT-R would have been fun but I couldn't have afforded to work on it like I do/have on the FR-S. I've got almost $50k invested in the FR-S right now and have enjoyed doing all the work myself...just waiting on the damn turbo kit to arrive to install the rest of my go fast goodies.

2013 Camaro. Which I'm going to do anyways because I am very uncomfortable in FR-S seats.

I would have seriously been considering several cars, including but not limited to:
Civic Si Camaro SS Mustang GT Impreza WRX/WRX STI 2013 Accord Coupe (I would have waited for its release) My preference was to stay under $30k, so most any new sporty car that's in that price range would have been on my list. |
