I got 17x9 ET42 wheels coming in next week, I'm curious how it will fit. Pretty sure i'll need spacers anyway if I want any sort of camber ajustment.
did you need spacers?
did you have to roll fenders?
are your suspension lowered?
I am looking for 17x9 ET42 with 1 inch lowered suspension and curious to know about the fitment

To not hit the strut it needed a 5mm spacer on the front.
Is this 255 or 245 tire? I was able to get away with 3mm on first generation car to clear the spring with the same wheel and 245 tire. Was hoping for plug and play for second generation

I replaced the USDM side markers with some JDM clear and amber side markers, I think it looks much better this way.

Yes, 100% plug and play. popped the old one out, and connected the new on and popped it back in. one of the easiest mods I've ever done.

Picked mine up from Japan parts a few months ago. Price + shipping seems to be on par with IIR’s price.

Might be worth it if you buy additional accessories and save on shipping.

These look awesome! Not sold on the price, especially once I convert to CAD monopoly money, but great looking!

Does anyone know if it's possible to change the ambient temperature in the right side of the gauge display to Celsius?

Changing the units from mph to kmh does not change it to Celsius. I haven't found any option for it.

Is it breaking some street-legal law to change their color? Or maybe the bulb being yellow gets around the law.

I'm fairly sure that as long as the light is amber then it is street legal, but you may want to double check in your state.

I picked up my BRZ today. I love it!!!!! Man is it hard to keep it under the 4k RPMs. Not because I am wanting to peg it (which I am), but because driving it casually gets it to 4k quickly. I pulled out of the dealer's lot following my wife in her car and I sent it to 4.5k before realizing it.
I drove it 60 miles home and shifted gears the whole time to vary the RPMs. When I got it home I switched out the LED dome lights, which are definitely worth the $31 for them. The dealer wanted $83 for them which did include labor to install, but they were on sale at the parts counter and they took 5 minutes to install. It would have taken 1 minute but I had to let them cool off. I turned them on and they got really hot.
