Kid 1: "engine is shaped box, so they called it boxer engine."
Kid 2: "yeah, it kinda looks like v-engine, but it's *****, so they need turbo to win again v-engine"
Me in mind: WTF these kids talking bout?
Girl: "oh, so that STI don't have v-engine, so it's not powerful right?"
Kid 2: "yeah pretty much"
Me in mind: F u kiddo!
Kid 1: "I bet it's slower than my mustang"
Me in mind: only mustang that I'll loose to is v8 mustang kiddo, if you don't have Mustang GT, I can make you eat my dust!

Seriously, kids these days... I lost some hope for those morons.

I'm surprised you didn't say anything to those kids. I wouldn't let anyone talk shit about my car like that and would have at least corrected them, but that's just me.

This reminds me of the first Hells Kitchen US where the guy orders a pizza into the restaurant then goes off on the maître d' saying that he can't be talked down upon/kicked out because he had a doctorate in musical history or some B$. Scripted yes, but I'm sure similar things have gone down elsewhere for real.

This is what happens when the Automotive-Shop program is dropped from a school. I'm really glad I got to be in one (it was scrapped 2 years after I graduated). Most informative and real world applicable senior course I took, no question.

Yeah, tell me bout it. My co-worker's son told me that his highschool auto shop class was dropped due to lack of ppl signing up. I thought he was lying til I heard these kid's conversation

Until hearing the 22B part, I was going to... but after that, I totally lost interest in correcting them. Seriously, I should of recorded their conversation, cuz it was horrible... no, it was worse than horrible, it gave me headache hearing them talking about cars. It made me gag, hearing them
