I've still been working on details with the passenger side of my kit... Pretty much done with the skirt... trying to finish the front fender and rear quarter panel... I always get off task though... lol I'm always looking to make things perfect. Thats cool though... I really don't have a time frame to finish.

Hopefully this weekend I'll get the fender and skirts perfect (pre filler / pre glaze) so I can line up, drill, and cleco my rear quarter panel. I'm anxious to see if I can get the OEM latch pin to function normally. I believe it is just a matter of fabricating the proper bracket to house the latch pin.

Once the kit is on and before I paint... I'll make all my custom aero parts... I'm going to start looking into molding my new pieces so I can replicate them... I've never done it but YouTube will teach me... lol Once my front bumper is set up... I would love to mold it as one piece.

I've had this thought before but I've been entertaining it again lately... I was thinking of cutting and meshing my Aimgain style skirts and Uras skirts... I do think I can pull it off and make it look good. I need to photograph them and photoshop what the end product would look like before I decide. The combo would look more aggressive imo. If I don't do the aforementioned... I'm thinking about filling in the channel that runs the length of the Aimgain style side skirts. I think it would look better smooth... especially since I'm going to have side steps.

Pics coming soon...

That fitment though....

I'll put a clean bead of Sikaflex sealant Nakai san style in this 1/16 ish gap when the time comes...

I have one more thing to do with my skirt once the overfender is cleco'ed on. I'll dial in my front passenger fender tomorrow.

I hope to have that rear overfender on very soon so I can work the latching mechanism.

More pics coming soon...

A few more details then I'll verify where I'm at once the front bumper and other side are ready to go...

Slightly low on top... more in the middle. damn near perfect everywhere else...

I figure if after all is said and done and the fender is still slightly low in the center near the seam... I'll just add bondo and block it across to the door side to square it up.

Molding my TRD fender garnish is the current plan. If I find a replica in FRP of another garnish I like I may change my mind. I don't want to pay 3 to 6 hundred dollars for a CF garnish I may modify and that will be molded. If it is not perfect out of the box... I'll make it perfect!

Ok so here are 'not so great' photoshops of my 'in progress' wide body installation. I'm leaning towards the top pic. Difference between pics is top has both side splitters or canards...not sure what they are called and the molded fender garnish is white. Middle pic has a black fender garnish and the third pic has no rear splitter or canard. Fourth option has body colored end plates for the wing.

Which do y'all like?

I like whichever one you like.

Seriously, this build is so personal that I would be careful looking for outside guidance on direction. Just gotta do what you feel looks best to YOU.

It's an interesting design, because it can look like super DTM racecar or VIP look, depending on the color combos and rivets:

#2 but you should do something crazy with your end plates. I'll send you a pic of mine when I get home. Remind me if I don't
