I have gotten "your car is beautiful from three female professional at my work". And the males were impressed, this varied, but overall impressed, and nice. Also, from many family members that it looks cool/cute/hot etc. Also, people have mentioned it looks much more expensive than a Toyota. I was driving this in Laguna Beach yesterday and felt confident that some probably thought it was an exotic (lol). I supposed this because it is a new car and most non-enthusiast aren't "up to date" as we are lol It was a fun day/cruise. lol

Semi-not-related but my dad saw a whiteout FR-S that had Toyota emblems and told me that it looked way better than mine... Then he asked me why I didn't get Toyota's car when it looked similar... At this point, I was about to jump off a building.

Back on topic:

Three guys looked at my car and it seemed like they doubted that it was a Scion and I heard them asking each other "What the hell is that?" as they walked to their Scion TC

Same day, a black Ferrari driven by a lady in her 20s gave me a thumbs up...

All my friends like my BRZ more than my old BMW 135i.

Yesterday, while my GF and I were getting into our cars, a guy riding a bike wearing headphones rode by and said "SWEET" as he rode by.

I don't know about 150, but, it will do 140 for sure.

That would definitely make my day lol! Hell, I was stoked when a guy in an M3 gave me a thumbs up.

Just picked it up from the dealership yesterday. Friends respondes:

From girls-
"wow! It's so sexy!"
"I'm so jealous of (my girlfriend)! You get to take her on dates with that!"
"How much did you pay for that? How can you afford a 50k sports car out of college?"

From guys-
"F U" haha
"Wow, this car looks awesome. So sick"
"I'm jealous"

From a stranger girl near my campus-
"Wow! Nice Maserati!"
Me, "It's a Toyota!"
Girl, "What?! No way! It doesn't look like one!"

I've only had it for 12 hours and these are the compliments I got. I couldn't be happier!

Three indians in a Mazda3 rev'd at me and told me to race them...

They mentioned something about tokyo drift whilst talking about my car...

Why do people like this exist?

Cause threads like "Do you drift your FRS" exist just a couple inches under this one. And then there's the picture thread which displays some horrendously riced out versions of the FRS/BRZ.
