True I fully agree how ever you will get screwed over
they will pay for your car and thats it, they won't give you anything more. Your car has now 1. Been in a accident 2. Reduced Value I would call to the insurance company (if they havent contacted you) and get a settlement of some money out of it otherwise you really do just get bent over.
