They just read what other member or automotive journalist said and believe to be true.

Kinda wish give 3~6 month or even a full yr of driving stock and see what you want from the car...

The only thing I want more of is sound lol. I'm just doing an exhaust and intake, this car's exhaust is SO quiet stock...

I FINALLY understood what everyone was talking about (haven't owned many cars, let alone sports cars). I wouldn't have felt that on my sticky summers, but I know what I'm looking for now. Would I better off keeping the stockers on when summer comes around? Probably. Will I? No, they're too skinny for my new wheels and I just love endless GRIP.
I'm done after coilovers, wheels, and tires. At least that's what I keep telling myself. I have wheels already, just waiting tires and coilovers. I want to run aftermarket coilovers because it's the best way to learn more about handling dynamics. You have 4 primary variables you can play with on a coilover setup: spring rates, compression, rebound, and ride height. I suppose you could include alignment in there as well. Just these things are enough to keep me busy IMO.

It's one thing to read all about handling theory, but it's another to put what you've read to practice.

I'm not interested in engine/power mods. I'd like to keep the reliability of the engine/drivetrain and also the factory warranty. I suppose you could remove all the aftermarket parts before you bring it to the dealer, but that extra second or two faster in a straight line race isn't worth it to me.

There's also the challenge of making your car be the fastest at an event without any engine mods acting as a crutch, eg., Griffon 86.

In other words, I'm just becoming a suspension snob

That's my go to first mod. You need to be able to hear your car!

Nothing wrong with that except the associated cost. I like power, but really I like a well-rounded car. I don't need coilovers, I don't need the grippiest tires, and I don't need adjustable suspension arms. If I needed them, you bet I'd have them.

I already know the next purchase unfortunately: Nameless header. That has to get a tune...so there goes the warranty.

I'm 85% sure my girlfriend is cheating on me. The problem is that I can't know for certain because we're in an LDR. Idk, a lot of things are adding up recently.

This kid I know put leather slip covers his frs seats, now the seat belt alarm is going off-do you think it's due because of the slight weight of the cover? Or something else?

Also, his choice in mods are slowly breaking my heart. (this is the same kid who drove stock tires in snow)

Part of the reason LDR's normally don't work out. Unless you visit her often (and she's the super loyal type) people have needs and other guys don't typically care about the guy hundreds of miles away.

Best of luck bro, I speak from experience.

Something else. Sensor is electronic, not weight sensitive. That is why a cell phone can set it off. Several threads on this.

I know how that feels bro, i'm in a LDR of almost 3 years now, it gets stronger everytime we see each other which is only like once a month but its tons of fun.

If you have any doubts, you gotta spread it out to her or it'll only get worse.
