Driving home from work the other day past a golf course and I pulled out to pass the slow driver infront of me. Kicked it down to 4th and hammered the gas and a group of guys waiting about to tee off eyed the car until I was gone. (Think the Perrin exhaust may have got their attention)

I caught a guy driving a Prowler eyeing the car as he passed me. I turned to give him thumbs up (I love how Prowlers look) and he immediately looked straight ahead and wouldn't acknowledge me.

Meh, whatever.

I think my best experience so far was leaving a movie theater with the wife. The various groups of people standing milling outside the theater collectively stared and scrunched up faces at the car as I drove slowly by.

Anyways, the wife is mad at me because I've done more mods to my FR-S in a month than I've done for her Audi B8 A4 in the year shes had it, LOL.

Was taking a girl home the other night after leaving this bar and the minute she seen my car she could not stop saying how nice my car was. Every 5-10mins I would hear, "you have such a nice car". I just couldn't stop laughing and smiling because one, I knew she was slightly tipsy and two, I probably thanked her like 98729874 times before I got her home.

I just want to say that whenever I see an FRS or BRZ on the street, I do break my neck and make a comment to my gf about it. This is usually as I'm driving in my R8. I make sure to give a thumbs up. I get the feeling that most people driving an FRS or BRZ are actual auto enthusiasts and I'm sure they appreciate getting a thumbs up from a guy in an R8!

I don't own an FRS, but I'm getting the itch...BAD. If I get one, I'm keeping the R8 for sure though.
