Haha could be. Although I think I remember you saying you work for a company that supplies the paint? So when I scuff up the model S you can just paint it up for me, right? Haha

If you've never done a full strut teardown before it wont be very easy and kinda messy, the directions um, well, they are AWFUL. But in general, it's a pretty easy install as long as you have the right tools.

You can rent a spring compressor from O'reilly's or auto zone. I also rented their exhaust cut-off tool, but it didn't have the right clamping feature so I used a vice clamp to keep constant pressure on it... kind of annoying, but here is the right kind of tool to get a MUCH better cut and prevent lots of swearing trying to use a hack-saw:
http://www.harborfreight.com/exhaust...ool-69327.html
or
http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/GRI...e-Cutter-5MK42
The second one is awesome, never used the first but it should work.

You will also want a pass-through socket set, I used the Craftsman Max Axess stuff, but Harbor freight also sells a serviceable set. You absolutely want to use these to prevent the strut rod from spinning. You can damage a damper by excessively spinning the rod, particularly if using a power tool.

If you want help let me know.

I still have a majority of the leftovers that you guys brought over last time
- except the oreos.. guilty

So I have hamburger, brats, chicken, etc.. I may get a little more just in case.

I have the chips and dip that Sevs brought, the Apple pie that hobo brought.. most of the soda, etc.. I have some ice cream sandwiches and a bit of ice cream in the freezer also.

So I wouldn't worry about bringing much.. we'll have plenty of food. I can make another fruit salad as well...

I'm not well stocked on beer.. so if you guys want that.. feel free to bring some. Maybe another couple 2 liters of soda? If anyone wants a side dish (pasta salad or coleslaw or whatever).. Otherwise, don't sweat it.. we'll have plenty between what I have and what was left over from last Sunday.

Things came up and it looks like it'll just be me coming. I might pick up another bag of oreos on the way =P those things are delicious so I totally understand why they didn't last. Finally plated my brz though, and gave it a much needed bath. Hopefully it won't get filthy on the drive over.
