how do you get that blacked out at the bumper(by the fogs), is it after market or did you paint it? i see a lot of people with this but dont know how it's done.

Just a little Plastidip. I found masking with vinyl electrician tape the best way to avoid tearing the plasti-dip once it started to dry. It didn't seem to adhere like it did when initially using painter's masking tape. What's nice is if i get tired of the look it can readily be peeled off.
