Here's how it's done.

I was cruising along this morning when, of all cars, a Prius signaled and immediately started to change lanes just as I passed his rear bumper on the left.

I laid on the horn for a good long "Heeeeeeeeeeyyy" as I simultaneously jumped into the far left lane which, due to my excellent situational awareness skills, I already knew was unoccupied.

Did not crash.
