That's not the same as what we do to break in under 4k RPM. That break in in to settle all the engine parts in all the way up the rev range for the first time with the transmission, drive-shaft, rear differential all being under load, and the computer for that dynamometer has very specific tolerances before the car cannot be sent out and shipped. Very few fail those tolerances.

Also there's another part of the final process that's a ramp with bumps on it, that's done on purpose to help settle the suspension, most auto proving grounds have that as well

I was just replying to comment with a wrong suggestion.

I have Perrin CAI, Cosworth 1.3 Kit, Grimmspeed MCB + strutbar and I am very happy with them. I want many other things from US but he is always bringing this quality issues so I just wanted to tell him he already has something from US. Thats a fail apparently, but I will probably unsubscribe from this thread because there are so many oversensitive people and we pretty much cover the topic anyway.

Thanks.

The worst part is you labeled the post with an exclamation point like it's something deeply important

Hopefully this thread gets locked up

Interestingly enough, I used to work in a plant that made transmission parts for GM. I won't ever buy GM because of that.

Please tell me there are at least some parts on twins made in USA...

Dude....the car is not a Chevy, Ford or GM. Is there something I'm missing here?

Ironically most of those assembled and sold overseas have no parts made in the USA either.

Dude, I am sure they have used up all the parts that you made by now. It is safe to buy GM again.

It's ok, my stoner brother is now making diffs for some of the more performance oriented GM cars now. Might wanna stay away from those as well.
