Update:

Nextmod Markham has found out about my issue with Nextmod Mississauga. Peter from Nextmod was nice enough to call me and tell me that he will reimburse me the cost of both of my o2 sensors. Thank God.
He also was nice enough to ask and fix my issue as well. From this day, my issue has been fixed and haven't gotten a single code. I am going through gas more than I should be though. I'm not sure why.
But anyways, I just wanted to update you guys that Nextmod did help out and took responsibility with my sensors even though the headers that I got were second hand.
Thanks everyone for your help and advice!

I tried clearing the code with the OFT, but it came back after a while.
I wouldn't know how to check for leaks, or check if my MAF is dirty, check my o2 sensors or how to fix such things.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Didn't have time to read the whole thread, but i have a problem of the same kind, although my OFT doesn't allow me to read codes for some reason. So the problem i have is that the thread of front O2 sensor got destroyed. Hope this helps. I still have the rear CAT, but i smell gas as well.

It's for sure a gas leak where the front o2 sensor. Replace the destroyed front o2 sensors, those are $250 w/o tax a pop. You should also try to use brand new gaskets. Make sure when you put in the sensors in, that they're snug. Don't force it. It should screw in by hand. Other than that, that was my problem and it was solved, by doing that. Hopefully that helps!
