The Pump is loud, don't worry its a normal noise haha. As for the rattle I would check everything 100% underneath to make sure its all together especially at the flex pipe section. If it persist let @Mrc@ptuning know

No rattling, do double check everything. The oil scavenging pump does make audible noise while at a stop light, but you really can't hear it while driving. At least I can't. It gives me peace of mind knowing that oil is flowing... I always listen for the pump now when I stop.

E85 on stock injectors, but with upgraded Denso fuel pump.

idc = .... injector duty cycle? Not sure... Bill said above that there's still a fair amount left.

Did you use ptunings 3" exhaust? Stock clutch?

I got the adapter and am using the Milltek non-resonated catback (super quiet now). I have the exedy stage 1 clutch. Definitely do the clutch BEFORE installing the turbo kit. I'd imagine it to be a lot more work if it was after the fact.

If you can hear it from inside the car, underneath the car and it sounds like its dead center its almost certain the flex pipe

In keeping with our theme of road course worthy turbo systems and product integration, we've developed an oil cooler solution that is being tested today at an HPDE event at Summit Point Raceway. This oil cooler is specifically designed for use with our turbo system and will likely also fit NA applications with CAI's.

We went back and forth with several design prototypes. Due to the very small frontal opening on the FR-S/BRZ, we ultimately chose this solution, since it would not be another obstruction to airflow to the radiator. Also, it keeps the oil lines nice and short (no worries about oil pressure drop).

This is just a prototype at this stage. The production version will utilize integrated brackets and custom molded silicone radiator hoses.

Wow, that was exactly what I was planning to put together! I guess I'll wait for this one instead.

It'll be worth the wait. The production oil cooler will have the same quality fit and finish as our turbo system and will use the highest quality components.

I don't think we'll have it ready for your install next week, but we'll try to get them produced as soon as we can.
