Interesing that they would even think of this. The body has to have some decent amount of flex for the door to need a brace to prevent it from flexing out during hard cornering. If you want to see something like what I am talking about just seach Autox videos of Genesis Coupe. The door almost open an inch during cornering.

Nothing offered by TRD seems all that interesing to me.

only things i don't like is the rear bottom area and the quad exhaust. it would've been nice if it were as integrated looking as the front kit without the rice rocket quads. the seats while a nice option won't reach our markets unless its been crash tested.

Agreed. Idk why everybody is getting wet over a big brake kit for a 2700lb car. A car can only stop so fast and it's not all about size. You could have the biggest brakes you can fit, but if they have shitty pedal feel, it's not all that effective. I'd say pads, slotted rotors, and better fluid at most. Anything else would really just be overkill.

To those who think the brakes are overkill. I will prefer the 6/4. I hope you all realize its not about a one time stat sheet of 80-0 brake distances. Its about repetative braking in severe conditions like lapping at a track. These larger brakes are able to distribute heat better than smaller ones. Therefore, you wont experience brake fade as quickly.

If I do 5/6 track days a year there is no way I need 6/4s... and doing 5/6 track days a year I assume will put me well into the minority. You'd need to be racing the thing to see the benefits.

New pads/lines/fluid looks like a sufficient first step to me.

Exactly. Yes, 6/4s will show their use in repeated lapping sessions, but they're still way overkill for this car, even in that scenario. Think about it this way. The STI/Evo weigh 500lbs more than this car, have 100hp more and have 4/2s that can handle years of dedicated track duty no sweat.
